Wow is so inspiring, I’m not sure if you’re a person of faith, but this would seem very clear, volunteer work, with si many missionary opportunities, levels, tours, with faith and trust that God is opening and closing each door. Guiding your every move. I love the read, seems like I’ve had this same conversation with like 3 different people within the last month. Seems like a crossroad for many. I have many ideas….little tiny house you can trouble with, oh def make new friends, all the uncertainty seems to disappear when faith and trust in God come to play, make those dreams come alive; if you stay, travel, sell, rent or buy… We’ll stay tune.

Could you consider an equity loan in order to travel the year? I normally wouldn’t suggest debt, but with the current Nashville market, you’d gain it all back whenever you did sell. You could also airbnb or rent while you were gone. Then, you’d get your dream trip and keep the house too. Definitely shouldn’t feel it’s one or the other. Do both!
